DevTools provides free, browser-based developer utility tools including (but not limited to) JSON formatters, encoding/decoding tools, text processors, data converters, security utilities, and more. All tool operations execute entirely within your browser. No user data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal and professional developer use.

You may use this Site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Site
• Use automated bots to generate abnormal traffic volumes
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures on the Site
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Misrepresent the Site as your own product or service

The Site's source code, design, layout, text, and graphics are the intellectual property of DevTools unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

All third-party libraries used in this project are used under their respective open-source licences (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).

Any content you input into the tools (code, text, passwords, keys, data) is processed exclusively in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership of all content you process using this Site.

You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content you choose to process using our tools.

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Tool outputs should be verified before use in production systems. We make no guarantee that any specific tool will produce correct results for all inputs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVTOOLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS TOOLS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed zero (USD $0), as the service is provided free of charge.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevTools and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
